What Rebecca Says about Doug
Doug’s sense of humor keeps me laughing all the time! He is warm, patient, and will make the most amazing father. His positive attitude, devotion to his family, and genuine nature are contagious. He is a great listener, works through difficult times with will and perspective, and loves deeply. Doug finds it important to be able to laugh at oneself and be lighthearted – he makes life fun!
Doug’s Work
Doug graduated from the United States Naval Academy. As a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, he is now a jet pilot flying the F/A-18C Hornet. One of the most rewarding parts of Doug’s job is his interaction with the hundreds of young sailors within his squadron. He acts as a positive role model for many young men and women as they battle with the many aspects of becoming responsible adults.
What Doug Says about Rebecca
Rebecca is everything I strive to be in a person. Her ability to love and care so genuinely about everyone in her life leaves me speechless. I get excited imagining how magnificent of a mother she will be. Her joyful outlook on life is impossible to ignore. She is the most dedicated woman I have ever met; be it her family, her profession, or her personal hobbies. Luckily for me, she is also easily teased and quick to smile and blush!
Rebecca’s Work
Rebecca graduated from the University of Notre Dame. She is currently an engineering instructor at our local community college, a path she was drawn to by her desire to encourage young people to value education and help them enjoy learning.
